About the Job – Business Development Representatives

BDRs search and conduct first talks with potential clients to check if the solution they are looking for is compatible with our product. If you find a potential customer suitable, you organize another meeting for the sales team and a demo of the product. It is up to the seller to deepen the relationship with the potential client and ultimately lead him to sign the contract.

To be able to achieve your goal you need to know and understand our products and services from the inside.

We appreciate working together, discussing with customers about their problems or needs and product ideas for creating the best possible solution as fast as possible, testing it with customers, and getting it released.

If you want to have a direct impact on a product and develop communication platform with international range that means you are a right person to work with us!

You will be responsible for

  • acquiring leads and initiating contact with customers who are interested in implementing the technology
  • on-line meetings with potential clients and evaluating leads after the interview
  • stable implementation of the communication strategy that allows you to reach the target audience
  • building and updating customer databases,
  • building your own network of contacts on LinkedIn
  • cooperation with the sales team and customer success team

  • have good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • have experience in delivering presentations
  • are flexibility – we operate globally, which means that from time to time talks can be held at a convenient time from other time zones
  • are self-organization and independence

Nice to have

  • experience and knowledge of the banking market are welcome
  • familiarity with SaaS solutions is a plus
  • experience in working with international clients will be an advantage
