That is why LiveBank supports multiple back-end systems, as well numerous means of communication mediums: text chat, audio, video, voice calls, social media, email, and SMS. Thanks to complementary and interactive conversations customers can finalize a purchase agreement or get support with banking products or services. LiveBank has its own ACD and fully configurable routing logic but also can co-exist with Contact Center platforms to unify routing within voice and text channels. LiveBank is capable to integrate with file repository systems, already existing in the financial institutions. The financial advisor can pick up a personalized document directly from file repository and send to the customer through LiveBank Web Agent Application i.e. agreement. This approach doesn’t require that the Financial Advisor has to move between other systems and application windows. In addition the Financial Advisor can receive the documents from the customer and pin it directly to customer’s files, for example for product application processes.
