The financial advisor can pick up a personalized document directly from file repository and send to the customer through LiveBank Web Agent Application i.e. agreement. This approach doesn’t require that the Financial Advisor has to move between other systems and application windows. In addition the Financial Advisor can receive the documents from the customer and pin it directly to customer’s files, for example for product application processes.
