During the onboarding process (eKYC), ID and face photos are compared with the use of facial biometry. Next, the document is OCRed and personal details are checked in internal and external databases to prevent frauds.

No matter the channel, during the entire the session, a transaction can be authorized with text codes, voice biometrics, fingerprints or the tokens. It can also be used for other banking operations.
Invite the customer to submit a sign (signature) on the PDF document, use it as an annotation that the client has read ans verified the document. This signature can also be compared with that on the ID, saved in CRM and used as an of authorization method in the future.
